The hotel is near the lake. It is walking distance to most places in Kazan. For breakfast you can choose from 5 variants based on location. My favorite was the Tatar breakfast. My fiancé and I also tried the English, French, and Eastern variants. All of them were delicious. The room was very clean and the room service was excellent. The hotel workers are very kind and positive. They do not speak English for the most part but are welcoming to foreigners.

The wi-fi was practically non-existent. My room was in the attic and I had no window view.

Very good hotel with nice stuff ! Hope to be there again. Hotel located near Kaban lake, good place for jogging:). Nice breakfast There is good restaurant on ground flour. Very good No teapot in the room , but hot water available on the each floor . Clean bathroom and very comfortable bed Good

Доброжелательные слова сотрудников, прекрасный ресепшен, атмосфера уюта ( как дома), расположение отеля , останавливаюсь в третий раз ( спустя годы) , ничего не поменялось , стало лучше ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, мой любимый отель .

Пишу про себя . Ведомство УФМС несколько дней высылало запрос на ресепшен о предоставлении паспорта супруга и прописки ( он гражданин Абхазии и теперь уже России
