Отличная квартира недалеко от Речного порта. Хороший ЖК, закрытый двор с хорошей детской площадкой. Рядом есть магазин 5ка. Квартира чистая и светлая, всё есть. Нам очень понравилось. Заселение и выселение прошло без проблем.
