Location

The Paradiz Hotel is located on the first line of the resort town of Utes in the Republic of Crimea. The city of Alushta is 15 km away, Yalta 20 km. Pebble beaches are 100 m from the hotel. The hotel is situated on the first line of the beach, 10 m from the sea. Shops, market, pharmacy - all infrastructure is within walking distance.

Free Wi-Fi is available on site. The hotel has a sauna. Guests can book a sauna for an additional fee. Meals are served in the hotel's own café on the ground floor, and there is a summer playground by the sea. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast and continental lunches and dinners.

The hotel has a well-kept beach and there are pebble beaches just 70m from the hotel. Umbrellas and sunbeds are provided free of charge for hotel guests on the beach. There is a paid public car park 600m from the hotel, but the hotel does not have its own car park. Upon request, the hotel can arrange for guests to be met at the train station or airport and transferred by car directly to the hotel for an additional fee.
