Очень удачное расположение. В шаговой доступности от начала Курортного бульвара. Номер был хороший, но всё впечатление портил вид из окна!!! Вид на крышу и стену соседнего здания.

При заезде, оказалось, что наш номер ещё занят, проживающие этого номера спокойно кушали в кафе, а нам пришлось ждать пока они доедят, потом пока соберут вещи, потом пока уберут номер, в общем заселились на 3ч позже назначенного времени, при этом, когда я попросила в связи с этим выехать на 3ч позже, нам отказали. В номере кондиционер работал, но комнату совершенно не охлаждал ( видно, что его ОЧЕНЬ давно не чистили, муж сам промывал решётки, но и это не помогло), в санузле постоянно воняло канализацией. Но справедливости ради скажу, что это касается только нашего номера DELUX на втором этаже. Когда были незаселены и открыты другие номера этой категории на нашем этаже, я в них заглядывала, и таких недочётов, как у нас, не обнаружила.
