Rules of residence: 1. Only the number of people specified in the reservation can stay in the apartment. 2. Parties and holidays must be agreed upon with the representative of the apartment. Otherwise, eviction is possible. 3. For security reasons, it is forbidden to let outsiders and utility workers in, because they can be scammers. Such cases must be reported to the apartment representative. 4. Smoking is not allowed. 5. Pets are only possible by prior arrangement. 6. It is not allowed to move household appliances or furniture. 7. It is forbidden to regulate heating and air conditioning systems without approval. 8. At the end of the stay, it is necessary to hand over the bedding in the same amount in which it was provided. 9. In case of damage or loss of property of the apartment, it is necessary to inform the representative of the apartment and reimburse the cost.
