The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. In addition to a passport, a resort card is required for check-in. In its absence it can be issued on site for an additional fee of RUB 2000.00. Accommodation for children aged 0-4 years in the main building is paid in the amount of RUB 2000.00 per day, on the club floor for 0-4 years — RUB 3200.00 per day. For children aged 4 to 10 years, the cost is calculated in the amount of 25% of the current price list for the main seat and 40% of the current price list for the additional seat. Children from 10 to 14 years old stay in an additional place at the rate of 40% of the current price list. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
