V Parke U Steklyannoy Strui s Vidom na Gory Apartments are located in Kislovodsk, in the old district bordering the park. This location offers guests numerous opportunities for walking: the Glass Stream, the Damsky Kuprice bridge, the Mirror Pond. Guests can climb the 456 steps of the pine mountain or choose a more gradual ascent. From there, you can reach the Valley of Roses and the Temple of Air, stroll along Kurortny Boulevard, enjoy the views, and stop by the Narzan Pump Rooms for a drink.

Guests can visit the Chaliapin Dacha literary and musical museum and the events that regularly take place there: the annual Chaliapin Seasons featuring famous bass players, children's music festivals, literary and musical meetings, and film days. Guests can also visit the Philharmonic and the Yaroshenko Museum-Estate. St. Nicholas Cathedral is within walking distance.

The Kislovodsk National Park near the house offers over 100 km of therapeutic terrain paths. Off-street parking is available.

In the apartment

The two-room apartment is fully equipped for a relaxing stay. It includes everything you need: a set of dishes, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. White bed linens and soft towels are provided. One of the rooms has a convertible bed with a medium-firm orthopedic mattress measuring 90x180x200 cm, which can accommodate either a single person or a couple. Another room contains a 160x200 fold-out sofa bed and an 80x190 low-slung sofa bed. It can be used as a sleeping area for children, teenagers, or small adults, or as a soft chaise lounge, as the sofa's backrest and rear section are adjustable. There's also a wardrobe for storage.

The apartment is furnished and includes pillows and blankets. Local paintings hang on the walls, and the floor is carpeted. The apartment's windows overlook Kislovodsk National Park.
