For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. Check-in takes place from 02:00 PM, check-out — until 12:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement. Upon check-in, a passport and a deposit in the amount of a daily stay are required. The deposit is refunded after cleaning. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
