Стройка рядом убила все впечатление об отеле((( набережная тоже на ремонте и вообще в принципе выйти никуда невозможно. Холодно в номере, были в январе, и только, когда попросили нам дали большой обогреватель - стало нормально.

Номер чистый и нормальный по обстановке, постельное белье хорошее

В настоящее время вокруг отеля стройка, выхода к пляжу нет, дорога к отелю ведёт грунтовая, пыльная, вокруг здания строительные бытовки и покосившиеся заборы, позади - степь, до пляжа надо ехать на машине. Такое может продлиться год, а то и больше. Также в номерах отсутствуют сетки от комаров, так что спать приходится с закрытым окном под кондиционером

Прекрасное местоположение...было и когда-нибудь будет. Сейчас все портит стройка вокруг. Администратор милейшая барышня, номер чистый, белье свежее. Есть где поставить авто

Мало того, что стройка портят пейзаж и закрывают проход к морю, так ещё и дорогу разбили. Зато людей мало и никто не создаёт суеты
