Чисто. Хорошая кровать, свежая постель и полотенца. Относительно тихо.

Полное отсутствие сервиса как такового. За три дня никто ни разу не зашёл в номер. Шампунь, гель всё по жаре кончилось за полтора дня. На рецепции чаще всего никого нет, так что когда искал пульт от кондиционера пришлось пользоваться мобильным телефоном с универсальным ПДУ. Если приезжать на ночёвку ночью, то надо долго звонить в домофон, администратор отдыхает. Окна выходили на крыльцо, где постоянно кто-то курил мне в номер. Отвратительно. Дорога к отелю в ужасающем состоянии и помимо жутких ям начинается бегемотообразным "лежачим полицейским".

Большая удобная кровать, чистое бельё, наличие холодильника, чайника. При заезде в номере было чисто. Но на следующий день в номере не убирались и даже не вынесли мусор.

При наборе воды в ванну не работал перелив и вода вытекала на пол. Слив в полу был также забит. Отсутствие завтраков в отеле.

Кровать, душ, все удобства в номере хорошие, вид из окна на лес и звук птиц - просто чудо! Все очень чисто, убирают отлично, единственное не убирали мусор, который выставили в коридор, так и стоял 2 дня, пока не попросила убрать. Отель находится в парке, очень красивый лес вокруг, можно бегать и гулять.

Лестница от входа до ресепшн 2 пролёта, консьержи девушки не помогут с чемоданом, не удобно и при малой мобильности вообще не вариант. Везде лестницы: в столовую, на этажи жилые и пр. Завтраки: нет постных опций почти. В целом атмосфера специфическая: номера хорошие, остальные интерьеры перегруженные золотом и декором, рядом ресторан шумный и сауны, общая атмосфера от локации странная 3 отеля, сауны и ресторан посреди парка.

В самом отеле завтраков нет, но на территории прекрасное кафе с хорошими ценами Номере чистый, светлый, есть кондиционер. Номер чистый,свежие бельë Персонал вежлив, встретили, все объяснили.

Далековато от инфраструктуры.
