Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. The apartments have contactless check-in, guests need to contact the apartments in advance to get instructions for check-in. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. The terms of early and late check-out are negotiated individually. The deposit is returned on the day of check-out after cleaning the apartment. The apartment is not rented for parties, birthdays and other events with a large number of people. Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony of the apartment is prohibited (including vapes, hookahs, e-cigarettes, etc.). The facility works with legal entities, contracts are concluded, if necessary, payment is accepted to the current account. Reporting documents are provided.
