Important information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.
Pets are allowed by prior agreement and for a surcharge of 500.00–1000.00 RUB. The exact amount of the surcharge depends on the weight of the pet (up to 6–10 kg).
Rules of accommodation.
Check-in after 14:00, check-out time is 12:00.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment.
It is forbidden to throw away or break any of the interior elements; to rearrange without the consent of the administration; to lose keys; to live with animals without the consent of the administration; to leave the front door open; to leave behind garbage, dirty dishes, make noise after 21:00; to damage property.
For exceeding the number of guests, eviction will follow. For violation of the rules of accommodation, the administration will be forced to evict guests without refund of the amount paid + deposit; withhold the amount equivalent to the damage from the deposit, or the entire amount. If the amount of the deposit does not cover all the damage, an invoice is issued, if the payment is refused, the administration will go to court.
