For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. A prepayment of the cost of 1 night staying is required. The prepayment is non-refundable in case when guest cancels the reservation less than 3 days before arrival date. The hotel takes a deposit of 3000 rubles. Upon departure, the deposit is returned if damage to property has not been caused. Surcharge for late arrival — 500 rubles.
