Расположение отеля удобное - между Ливадийским дворцом и Юсуповским, близко к морю.

Отель совершенно не тянет на 5*. Обычный курортный отель, слега видавший виды. Номер был (типа) улучшеной категории, с видом на море. Но поселили на 2 этаж - низко, поэтому вид на море загораживали деревья, днем под окнами анимация. Общая столовая со средней едой и 1 ресторан (не сходили). Спуск к морю по шахте лифта. Берег ветреный, весь в волнорезах, купаться не стали. В общем, обычные 3-4*, не более.

В целом в самом отеле было чисто, смущали тараканы, бегающие свободно вокруг отеля и, в том числе на балконе номера.

Номер находился на 1 этаже с видом на парк, однако в связи с тем, что сам парк находится уровнем выше, то создавалось впечатление подвального помещения. Если бы об этом было как-то написано при бронировании, я бы взяла номер другой категории. Но в описании номеров не хватает информации - в чем разница между категориями, например, стандарт, комфорт и комфорт парк. Плюс из-за кишащих на территории тараканов балкон на этом 1 этаже совсем как-то не по себе открывать. Не хотелось привезти из отпуска с собой крымских тараканов. Увидела в соседних номерах москитные сетки на балконных дверях. Попросила мне поставить тоже. Но заявка была удовлетворена только после третьего запроса, спустя 5 (!!!) дней. Причем третий раз я уже пришла на респешн и спросила о причинах игнорирования заявки. Только тогда хотя был получен ответ, что москитные сетки в ремонте. Но после этого на следующий день ее все-таки поставили.

Еда вкусная. Выбор достаточно большой. Чисто и опрятно. Кровать и матрас позволяют комфортно отдыхать. В номере тепло и уютно. Наполнение душевой достаточное для приведения себя в порядок. Несколько неудачное расположение сейфа.

Слишком большой объём ремонта наружных объектов во время отдыха. И 2 дня не работал хамам в спа-центре
