For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before arrival; after this period, no refunds are given. Bed Linen: — One set per bed included. — Additional set on a sofa/bed: RUB 500.00 per set. — Guests are welcome to bring their own bed linen (pillows and blankets are provided free of charge). Registration: — Photos of pages 2 and 3 of the passport are required. — For security, guests may write «Tolko dlya Posutochno50» on their photo. — After verification, guests will receive instructions with flat access codes. Check-in and check-out outside the stated hours is possible by prior arrangement. For business travelers: official documents are required for reporting purposes, payment is by invoice, and a permanent accommodation agreement may be signed. An additional fee of RUB 500.00 per day is required for pets. Guests must notify the guest in advance if they are bringing a pet. Prohibited: — Smoking in the flat or on the balcony. — Noisy events. The flat is not suitable for parties, loud music, or other noise, especially after 9:00 PM. If this rule is violated, the administration reserves the right to evict the guest without a refund. In the event of multiple, heavy soilings — walking around the flat in shoes, leaving trash and dirty dishes behind, or the smell of cigarettes in the flat — the deposit will also not be returned.
