A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price — living quarters Nad Yaltoj Living Quarters are situated in Massandra. These living quarters are located 2 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the living quarters — Massandra vine factory, Massandra Palace and Dvorets Grafa Mordvinova.

Студия Superior (балкон, вид на море)

Расположен в экологически чистой зоне на самой границе заповедника. Метрах в 300 конечная остановка маршрутки, на которой можно добраться в Ялту и на трассу Южнобережного шоссе. В 500 метрах - Массандровский винзавод. Просторная студия со всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Большой балкон с креслами, столиком и шикарным видом с высоты на Ялту, море и горы. Хозяин встретил на машине на автостанции. Помимо забронированного дома в горах, показал ещё один вариант жилья на набережной, где я решил остановиться на пару первых дней, после чего помог с переездом в первоначально запланированное место. Всегда был на связи.

Всё понравилось, результат удовлетворил ожидания.

В пешей доступности Массандровский винзавод. И остановка общественного транспорта. Но главное здесь прекрасный вид на Ялту. В номере всё 👍 Номер чистый! Встретили, всё объяснили!

Чисто, укомплектованный номер в целом!

Расположение конечно не очень удобное, добираться без машины будет очень далеко. Большой уклон, высоко на гору. Но вид из окна хороший))) но о таком расположении надо предупреждать людей, не все понимают где это )

Вид на Ялту отличный: сама Ялта, море и горы. Рядом завод Массандра. До Набережной Ялты, правда, нужно добираться на автобусе или машине. Все отлично.

Всё просто отлично! Всё свежее и новое. Такая компактная квартира в одной комнате и большой балкон. Виды потрясающие! Всё сделано как для себя и на совесть. Рядом лес, тишина, а с другой стороны вид на Ялту. Светло и очень чисто! Ребята всё объяснили, как добраться, на все вопросы ответили. Всё безупречно! Рядом для ценителей есть винзавод и экскурсии, ходит маршрутка в Ялту. Мы даже пешком ходили от гостевого дома до набережной Ялты-приятная прогулка. Огромное спасибо Константину, удачи вам и процветания! Рекомендую!

Всё понравилось! Номер номер, чистый, чистое новое постельное и полотенца, прекрасный вид с балкона на море и Ялту. Путешествовали на машине, поэтому проблемы добраться не было.
