Ездим семьей уже несколько лет. Очень нравится разнообразие развлечений на любой вкус и возраст. Отношение персонала доброжелательное. Завтраки разнообразны. Территория ухожена. В номере чисто и есть все необходимое. Учтены пожелания при выборе номера по приезду, хотя островок не передал комментарии при бронировании. Все решили оперативно, благодарим!!!

Хотелось бы больше акций как раньше, когда при покупке проживания от нескольких суток входит spa и аква зона.

Четырёхместный семейный номер

ОЧЕНЬ вежливый персонал, завтраки очень вкусные, спа комплекс хороший, есть всё необходимое, чистый воздух.

Твердые лежаки на бассейне, постоянные строительные работы на территории (шум), звукоизоляции в номерах никакой нет (всё слышно), запах канализации в номерах и помещениях отеля.

Если бы во всех номерах были бы микроволновки и пойманную на платных озёрах рыбу можно, хотяб частично забирать,вообще бы всё было суперрр.

Всё было прекрасно, вежливый персонал, очень вкусные завтраки, чисто в номера, всё есть необходимое. Сандры воздух, большая территория, масса развлечения. Просто супер.

Холодильник почти не охлаждал продукты, очень слабый. Было бы не плохо его заменить и установить более мощный 😊
