Absolutely nothing

Absolutely scandalous hotel and staff. I went this morning earlier than check out, but it says reception is open 24 hours a day. I arrived a couple of times and a hotel employee who was obviously asleep and annoyed showed up. He told me they open at 2:00 PM for check-in. At 2:00 PM, I returned to the hotel to check in. This guy was with me, he took me to my room and then left. I followed him and asked for the room keys. He didn't speak a word of English and told me he didn't know where I was, because I was using the translator. I asked him what kind of girl I was given. I got to the room, and there was no toilet paper at all. He asked for it, and they said they forgot. I ask for the door, the keys to the front door are told they can't give them to me, I go out for an errand, after a couple of hours I come back, I rang the doorbell for 20 minutes and no one came out to appear, I wrote via WhatsApp to the numbers listed on the door guardian, more than almost a day has passed, no one has responded to these messages indicating that I was locked out of the door.I finally managed to get into the hotel because another guest had arrived and had been given the keys. Once inside, he started talking to this guest, asking how he could possibly have the key. Then the receptionist, who had gone out for a walk, arrived. I asked him how he could possibly have the key. He rudely didn't even look at me, and with his back turned away, he acted like he didn't care, and didn't even answer. This hotel and staff are absolutely to be avoided. Shameful. The rooms are old and have a lot of broken and dirty parts. I travel a lot. Worst hotel so far

НИЧЕГО!

Первый раз хочется написать самый негативный отзыв! Такого ужасного отеля я еще не встречала! Люди которые пишут хорошие отзывы об отеле - работники этого отеля наверно! Постельному белью и полотенцам - лет 80 наверно! Грязь везде, все сломано, дверь от номера не закрывалась, вонь, в душ наступать брезгливо! У нас был поздний заезд, но если бы раньше приехали - то обязательно бы уехали в другой отель! После ночи хочется в баню отмыться!

Огромное спасибо персоналу гостиницы, особенно администратору Артёму! с большим пониманием отнеслись к пожилой паре, сделали всё о чем попросили: максимально быстро подготовили номер, разместили на 1-ом этаже, тк человек с трудом ходит , не пришлось подниматься по лестнице , вызвали такси при выезде из отеля. Огромное спасибо! в отеле очень чисто, гигиенические принадлежности , постельное белье, приятный запах в номере! рекомендую отель ! большое спасибо

Вай фая в номере нет вообще. Говорили об этом администратору но толку ноль. Номера очень грязные. Сантехника вся в разводах. Гелями для душа и шампунями которые даются мыться невозможно они не пенятся вообще. Ночью из соседнего номера постоянно какие-то крики непонятные, лестница при входе все время ремонтировалась. За шесть дней номер не убрали ни разу , даже не выносили мусор . Чайник подтекает.
