Capsule rooms were too small we can’t even breath we stayed only for 3 hours and paid for two night and three days staff is also not good always sleepy and about hygiene I will rate it in minus when we entered the room the bedsheets very dirty we were so tired… it was the worst experience for us… I will never recommend this hotel to anyone… even if it’s my enemy… neither I will stay here for free before leaving we asked that you have different room they said no but after we left they offered us new room .

The guy receptionist allowed us to keep our luggage and roam around as we came early

when we came at night 10pm then the girl receptionist was inconsiderate, she mistakenly gave our room to others and asked us to wait for more than 30 mins even when the other room was available. Also the room is very small. We just stayed there for a night and it was not a pleasant experience

Bathroom is too bad, I think it could be better live in a hostel rather than here with “private bathroom “… Maybe it’s a lodgement of a dirt in a pipe, it’s terrible, the water was stagnated. The bed was comfortable, but it’s only one blanket for two people, administer refused to give us another one. Kitchen wasn’t cleaned and smell there was terrible too.

IF YOU ARE NOT RUSSIAN PASSPORT HOLDER, never even consider to visit this hostel. The staff and the owner ended up to kick me out because i am not russian and no registration. The staff ask me to wait for 4 hours when I arrive until 2pm to make check in. After that because I am Indonesian, the staff did not allowed me to check in with reason that i was in russia more than 2 weeks but i dont have registration. This rule is abolish already even prior Fifa world cup 2018 but the stu**d hostel staff and owner did not understand. They have no right to know for what I am doing in moscow. They just afraid that I am like Kazakhstani or Uzbek who stay in Moscow for working and dont have registration. I am not that poor and i have good job in my home town. I ended up to stay in another hostel in Arbatskaya, in which in center as well and the staff more educated and smarter that that of this hostels'

The room and hotel were a bit tired. I had stayed at the Art Hotel in Kazan and was maybe expecting similar but the Art Galaktika was at a much lower level. It was, however perfectly adequate and probably my expectations were too high e.g. maybe Moscow is much more expensive than Kazan or maybe I just chanced upon a very good deal in Kazan.

заказал номер с двухъярусной кроватью, но,видимо, поскольку заезжали поздно, наш номер был отдан другим.В номере, который нам предоставили взамен, была полутороспальная кровать с одним одеялом. Админ не смогла внятно объяснить произошедшего,на просьбу дать хотя-бы второе одеяло, пообещала плед, но даже при повторном обращении не выполнила обещание. Отель подойдёт людям ростом меньше 160 см,дышащим ртом,если ты выше ростом, то в туалете твои уши будут закрыты коленями,а лицо будет лежать в раковине. Мой чисто субъективный взгляд, хочется добавить, что кровать напоминает дно лодки) Выбор за Вами
