Расположение отеля от места работы, в номере понравились большая кровать и шкаф.

Мне очень важно качество общения персонала отеля. При заезде мне повезло, меня встретила вежливая менеджер, но ее коллеги, которые работали в другие дни, к сожалению, не обладали такой приветливостью и коммуникабельностью. Мне был предоставлен номер без окна, это меня очень удивило. Когда я вечером возвращалась в номер, он напоминал сауну, было необходимо срочно включать кондиционер, получается, проветривать помещение возможности не было совсем(!). В ванной комнате не было розетки, из-за этого не было возможности воспользоваться феном. Кстати, фена и утюга в номерах нет, их нужно специально заказывать (но мне их принесли). Нет возможности заказать номер с завтраком, ресторан, связанный с отелем, начинает работать только в 12.00. Проживала в номере 3 ночи, за это время в нем ни разу не убирались, даже не выносили мусор. В день выезда камера хранения не предлагалась. Один администратор мне категорически отказал в возможности хранения багажа. Но мне повезло, в день выезда к работе приступила та самая приветливая девушка, она разрешила оставить вещи на два часа в служебном помещении.

Читал тут отзывы разных путешественников. Друзья! Название этого отеля не «принцесса на горошине»! В целом норм. Да, холодильника не хватало. Это единственное неудобство. Главное персонал отзывчивый!

Рядом есть ресторан от этого же отеля. Не очень вкусная еда, по хороший алкоголь, коктейли.

Бронировала номер «Люкс», исходя из описания номера. По удобствам в номере Люкс должны были быть: ванна, чайник, фен, гладильные принадлежности, про сейф я вообще молчу. Указано, что в номере различные типы кроватей, такого тоже не наблюдается. По размещению также в ванной комнате были следы на унитазе от прошлых гостей. Хорошо, что согласились убрать, ибо и так осадочек остался. На ресепшене мы уточнили, почему на сайте указано из удобств ванная комната, а по факту был только душ. Сказали, что другой люкс с ванной занят. Подозреваем, что люкса с ванной попросту не существует. Ванная для меня была принципиальным моментом, тк это связано с тем, что из-за болезни имеем потребность исключительно в ванне.
