For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. To check in and to be able to check in without contact, guests must call the day before check-in to receive further instructions. Check-in is possible from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM, in case of night check-in it is important to contact the apartment before 10:00 PM. Check-in procedure: Contactless self-check-in. The day before check-in, guests will receive a message on WhatsApp from the remote guest check-in service, to the number specified during the booking.
