The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Payment for accommodation in the selected apartment is only possible via bank transfer. Payment by cash or other methods is not available. Contactless check-in is available. On the eve of arrival, the reservation manager of the apartment contacts the guest and clarifies all the necessary details. When booking on the day of arrival (day to day), the time for receiving and processing applications is limited to the period until 22:00. Each bed is designed for 2 people, bed linen is provided in one set. If guests wish to stay separately, the additional payment for each subsequent set of bed linen will be RUB 500.00.
