Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. It is necessary to contact the accommodation by phone on the day of arrival from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM for instructions on check-in. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to agreement. General cleaning is performed after each departure, and for longer stays-every 7 days. Noisy events and smoking are prohibited in the apartments, as well as smoking on the floors of the building. Pets are allowed upon request.
