the bed quality is terrible, wifi is not working.

I wanted to try out the space themed rooms. that is a new experience. I liked that.

kitchen, toilet everything is so far from the room. also you cannot take the luggage to your room. you have to store it in a general place with other people's luggage. It doesn't feel safe. others might take away your luggage and you won't know. The kitchen, toilet extra is on a different floor all together and also very far from the room. They apply too many rules here. I understand that is to maintain the place, also while travelling people would like to enjoy and not feel like being in school. The receptionist is a rude person. there is a lack of toiletries. they should provide basic soap and shampoo in the toilet. space cabins are basically a plastic box and it makes too much noise even if you move a little or just your hands or legs touch the box.

The staff are really friendly and helpful

I visited during winter season and my room was so cold that i sometimes have difficulty in falling to sleep

On the first day I arrived, the room was really cold and the tiny heater for entire space for many people doesn’t really work at all. I felt like sleeping outside in -14С. And the next day morning, I went to the front office and asked about this situation. And there were two staffs including a manager (Her name is Eliza) and they said it’s not their fault. I asked her then what does manager do here. She said she is HR manager and started laughing at me with talking shit in Russian. She doesn’t speak any English at all with absolutely disrespectful attitude to customers. Eliza, you are not qualified to be HR manager. В первый день моего приезда в комнатe было очень холодно, а маленький обогреватель на такое количество людей совсем не работал. Я чувствовал себя так, будто сплю на улице при −14 °C. На следующее утро я пошёл на ресепшн и рассказал о ситуации. Там было два сотрудника, включая менеджера по имени Элиза, и они сказали, что это не их вина. Я тогда спросил её, чем вообще здесь занимается менеджер. Она ответила, что она HR‑менеджер, и начала смеяться надо мной и говорить обо мне гадости по‑русски. Она совсем не говорит по‑английски и ведёт себя с абсолютно неуважительным отношением к клиентам. Элиза, вы не квалифицированы, чтобы работать HR‑менеджером.

This is the hostel where I stayed for a week during my trip to Moscow. It's only a 5-minute walk from Sukharevskaya metro station. From the moment I checked in, Elya greeted me with a smile, showed me my bed, and introduced me to the common areas. The staff went out of their way to help. I especially want to thank Maria and Elisa. They were both very talkative and kind. The lady I knew to be Uzbek was good at cleanliness and hygiene.

I stayed in a room with four people. The others were generally quiet. Except for one Russian lady who I assume stays there regularly. She came into the room early in the morning and noisily put her belongings away. Not a very pleasant wake-up call :/ My bed sheets were unchanged and the pillow was a bit old. Still, I didn't mind too much. The kitchen and living area were clean and tidy. I would have expected the bathroom and toilet to be cleaner; they had a bit of a foul odor. The hot water level could drop during showering, which I think is related to the water heater. I think the staff should smile a little more at the guests.
