Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. The flat has a remote check-in. Guests must contact the administrator in advance to receive check-in instructions. If guests plan to arrive after midnight, they must inform the property in advance. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Rules of accommodation and check-in: For check-in guests need to provide passport data to fill in the electronic contract. Early check-in and late check-out is possible by prior arrangement, if the apartment will be free. The price of early check-in from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM and late check-out until 06:00 PM will be 10% of the daily rate for each hour. Check-in earlier than 11:00 AM and check-out later than 06:00 PM is calculated as a full day. If guests check-in after 08:00 PM, they must pay in advance the full price and deposit. In case of early check-out, if guests do not notify the apartment 24 hours before departure, but do it on the same day, the payment for the current day will be charged for the current day. Check-in for a few hours are negotiated individually and the cost is calculated as a full day. On request we provide reporting documents of any sample. Possible cashless payment to the settlement account from the organization. Contactless check-in.
