Номер выглядит хорошо (издалека)

Много технических проблем и проблем с эргономикой в номере. Пример: душ бьет только горизонтально в стену (слабый кронштейн); Кран еле попадает в раковину и т.д.

Все было хорошо, тепло, чисто, уютно. Но не хватило аксессуаров в самом номере отеля. Нет ушных палочек, нет крема и других вещей присущих хорошим гостиницам. В той же Полярной звезде это есть. Но даже без этого все было замечательно

Местоположение.

Абсолютно неподготовленный персонал. Их научили улыбаться , но любой вопрос приводил в ступор. Счета переделывали несколько раз, и все равно отдали с ошибкой, чтобы оговорить время завтрака пришлось потратить 40 минут, заявленная в описании стирка отсутствовала, и мне пришлось договариваться об этом в другом отеле. Самой. И все надо было делать самой. За эти деньги - это странно, по меньшей мере.

Расположение отеля, и наличие ресторана в одном здании с отелем.

Санузлы: - маленький кран на раковинах; - текут душевые; вода льется аж до комнаты, починить не смогли; - моль в комнатах прям кишит; - вода рыжая и постоянно воняет из ванной комнаты; Низкая звукоизоляция - ее нет совсем.
