Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. There is no reception at the hotel. Guests need to call half an hour before arrival. If guests plan to check into the hotel after 18:00, they must notify the hotel in advance. If the guest does not appear, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation, as well as apply penalties for no-show.
