Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. The guest's contact number must be left at the time of booking. Check-in takes place with a representative of the apartment. For instructions and key collection, guests must contact the apartment one day before arrival using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation.
