The hostel is well located, easy to find, most of the staff speak English and they are available 24/7. The beds are comfy and clean and so are the bathrooms, the amenities are enjoyable and well equipped. They also do registration for foreigners

Unfortunately I must leave a really bad review since once of the staff was extremely rude during my stay, she used to response aggressively to any questions I made and since she didn’t speak any English she is to shout in Russian, she didn’t even try to help, she just shouted expecting I would understand. this is unacceptable behaviour, I encourage the owner of this place to talk to this lady because being so rude to customers is unacceptable.

В центре города. Зашла рано утром погреться, напоили чаем, оставила вещи. И опять пошла гулять по городу. И уже заселилась гораздо позже. Приветливые администраторы. В этом городе не впервые, но этот хостел выбрала первый раз- и рада этому. Оказаля самым лучшим по всем параметрам.

В центе, что очень удобно. На ресепшене девушка очень открытая и позитивная. Из общих недочетов: ушатанная посуда, ножи(кухня), но это не испортило общего впечатления(необходимо ее чаще обновлять). По комнате: были очень тепло, но душновато. Это решалось или открытием окна, или двери. Туалет и душ: нет никаких вопросов. Достаточно тихо и уютно. Я рекомендую ♥️
