For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. After booking, guests must immediately contact the accommodation by phone or via messenger to receive instructions on checking in and agreeing on the time of arrival. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. The apartment offers contactless check-in. The cost of accommodation is calculated for up to 4 guests. An additional payment of 500.00 RUB is charged for each additional person over 4. The settlement of citizens without documents is not carried out. Parties are prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests are required to comply with the silence law. The security deposit for the safety of property is returned after inspection of the apartment. Reporting documents with QR code are provided. An online contract is signed between the guest and the landlord. Calls and bookings are accepted from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
