Двухместный коттедж

Место - наипрекраснейшее, лес озеро, красота!

Ужасный отель. Я забронировал номер "Двухместный коттедж", вместо этого предложили "летний домик". Обманули, буквально. Вместо заявленных 39м2, предлагают от силы 8. И самое главное, не предложили ничего, никаких других вариантов. Мы собирались провести здесь отпуск, в результате сломали наши планы. Такое ощущение что этот отель остановился где-то в 19 веке, причём вначале. Дома старые, всё старое. Никаких новых технологий. Wi-fi только в 3х местах ловит, и причём доступ по талонам(!). Причём в этом в отеле всё по талонам. По приезде в отель, меня встретила здоровенная очередь около администратора. Отстояв очередь, мы получили "карточку жильца", написанную от руки. Технологии печати в это место не заходили. После того, как мы узнали про обман, пришлось снова стоять в очереди, чтобы сообщить об этом. Вместо того, чтобы предложить другой вариант за наши деньги, нам предложили вернуть деньги (которые до сих пор не вернули). А самое главное - испортили отпуск. Сервис и обслуживание на низшем уровне. Здесь даже банковские карты не принимают(!). Кофемашина? Нет, не слышали. Уже не говоря о том, что один человек пытается обслужить 10. Поэтому и отношение к людям - скотское. Если вы хотите попасть в 19й век, то вам сюда, хотя мне кажется тогда к людям лучше относились.
