For cars there is a Parking lot in front of the house with video surveillance.

The two-storey house can accommodate up to 16 people. The house has 5 rooms of 19, 29 and 31 sq. m. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, smart TV, high-speed Internet, refrigerator, split system, bedding and leisure items.

The territory is equipped with a gazebo, barbecue area, alpine slide, spacious summer veranda, frame swimming pool with a diameter of 3.1 m. The house has a utility room with an automatic washing machine and iron, as well as a shared kitchen with a set of accessories and access to the terrace.
