Квартира в хрущевке, две смежные комнаты+ кухня. Чистенько но бедненько

То, что квартира расположена в самом центре -это отлично, но окна выходят на Комсомольский проспект и это ужасно. Очень шумно, в 4-5 утра ходят толпы громогласных людей... И хозяевам не мешало бы отремонтировать в ванной комнате душевую кабину и кран на раковине
