The Garden Room flat is located in Perm in the River Park club house. The flat is in the city center, close to the Kama river embankment. Nearby infrastructure includes: Perm City Esplanade, Central Embankment, iMall Esplanada Shopping Mall, Iceberg Shopping Mall, Coliseum Cinema Shopping Mall, Coliseum Atrium, a sports complex, Energy swimming pool, Theatre-Theatre, U Mosta Theatre, Opera and Ballet Theatre, Young Spectator's Theatre, Fomina Clinic, Expert Clinic, Mona Lisa Eye Clinic, Germmed Clinic, shops, pharmacies, and many cafes and restaurants. The flat is suitable for family vacations and business trips. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.
