Lazurny Provans Flat is located in the center of Perm. Within walking distance are: Gorky Park, embankment, theater, cinema, attractions, city esplanade. The residential complex has its own recreation park, car-free area, several types of playgrounds, grocery stores, a bakery, pastry shop, pharmacy and a kiosk with vegetables.

At the flat

At guests' disposal is a two-bedroom apartment with a three-bedroom Euro renovation, a kitchen-dining room of 16 sq. m. The bed, sofa and children's couch are equipped with orthopedic mattresses. The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard on different sides. The combined bathroom has a rain shower, a water heater, a hairdryer and a washing machine. A set of towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair balm, cotton swabs, washing gel, and rubber slippers are prepared for the guests. The kitchen has dishes, tea, coffee, butter, spices, and cereals.
