Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Cleaning is provided before each stay, with additional cleaning and linen changes available. For stays longer than 7 nights, cleaning is provided free of charge. A security deposit and electronic contract signature are required. Smoking is prohibited in the flat, and the property is not rented for events, parties, or to individuals without a valid ID. Financial statements are available upon request. A CCTV camera is installed at the entrance to ensure security during contactless check-in.
