Important information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The hotel has free, unsecured parking.
An extra bed on a folding bed is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional charge. From April 1 to September 30 and from December 29 to January 8 the surcharge is RUB 1,300.00 per night; on other dates, the extra bed is provided free of charge.
A child aged 0 to 17 stays free of charge when using an existing main bed.
If a child under 7 years old is accommodated on an extra bed, there is no additional charge.
The maximum number of extra beds in the room is one; extra beds are provided on request and require confirmation from the hotel.
Pets up to 10 kg are allowed for an additional fee. The cost for a pet up to 5 kg is RUB 500.00 per night, and from 5 to 10 kg is RUB 1,000.00 per night.
A deposit of RUB 5,000.00 is required for stays with pets; it is refunded if no damage is found in the room.
Guaranteed early check-in is available for 100% of the daily rate of the previous night.
Non-guaranteed early check-in is offered free of charge from 08:00 AM if rooms are available.
Late check-out until 05:00 PM is charged at 50% of the daily rate; after 05:00 PM — 100% of the daily rate.
Business travelers are provided with reporting documents.
Check-in is available until 12:00 AM. After this time, check-in is only possible with a prepayment equal to the cost of the first night.
For bookings of three or more rooms, prepayment equal to one night’s stay is required; cancellation policies may differ.
For bookings of seven nights or more, prepayment equal to one night’s stay is required.
The property may charge for additional services not listed on the website.

Guests can enjoy several types of lunchbox breakfasts. Orders can be placed through the reception or reservations department before 7:00 PM. Meals are served the following day.
