For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Accommodation with pets is allowed if the pet weighs up to 7 kg and has a veterinary passport with current vaccinations. Pets are permitted in Standard Single, Standard Double, and Junior Suite categories. Pets are not allowed in public areas of the hotel, such as the restaurant, bar, or café. Providing separate extra beds for a third and fourth guest is not possible.
