Нам с мужем очень понравилось расположение гостевого дома. Недалеко верхний рынок, магазины, гастромаркет. Рядом остановки автобуса, который идёт к озеру Провал и в другую сторону к ЖД вокзалу. Из окон ( мы жили на 3 этаже) вид на гору Машук и на Бештау. Через дорогу храм и бювет. В пешей доступности канатка. Номер просторный, на семью из 3-х человек, в номере есть большой холодильник с морозильной камерой, чайник, микроволновая печь и набор посуды. На втором этаже есть небольшая кухоньки, но мы не готовили там. В общем, довольно удобное расположение. .

Телевизор периодически отключался, сбивались настройки, но всё наладили. В душевой, при переключении воды с крана на лейку, напор горячей воды падает и из душа течёт вялая струйка.

В начале мая отдыхали в Пятигорске 8 дней "дикарями". В Пятигорске раньше не бывали. Приехали с мужем просто погулять, познакомиться с городом, походить по лермонтовским местам. Номер в данном гостевом доме забронировали за 2 месяца, выбирали по месту расположения - судя по карте города, близко к центру и старому городу. Миниотель нам очень понравился, расположение удачное - все интересные места в пешей доступности, везде ходили пешком для лучшего знакомства с городом. Наш номер (с двумя раздельными кроватями) расположен на 3-м этаже, без лифта, конечно, но это нас не сильно огорчало - зато из окна номера открывался вид на гору Бештау, а из холла 3-го этаже в солнечное утро прекрасно виден был Эльбрус на горизонте. Номер удобный, есть вешалка с тумбой при входе, шкаф для одежды, холодильник, стол, 2 стула , угловая полка для посуды, чайник, набор тарелок, столовых приборов, графин для воды. Собственный санузел - душевая кабина, унитаз, умывальник, полка-шкафик с зеркалом, вешалка для полотенец. В холле на этаже стояла микроволновка, гладильная доска с утюгом, две сушилки для белья. Любой вопрос или пожелание решался без проблем. Нам очень понравилось в этом гостевом доме, мы хорошо отдохнули. Будем рады приехать сюда ещё раз. Всем рекомендуем

Тепло. Уютно. Чисто только на 2-3 этажах.

Пытаются сначала заселить на 1 этаж непригодный для проживания. Фото этих комнат нет на сайте. Окно заклеено тк выходит в гараж. После выдвижения требований переселяют на 3 комфортный этаж.

Первое, что меня поразило - так это тишина. Вроде бы и дорога недалеко, но очень тихо. В номере все исправное, все работает. Есть чайник, микроволновка, приборы, посуда (тарелки), чашки, стаканы, мочалка для посуды, средство для мытья посуды, полотенца, даже шлепанцы. Также есть кондиционер, телевизор (не включала, не знаю как работает и что показывает). Приняли радушно, как будто знают меня 100 лет. Удобное расположение - все рядышком, и есть автобус (2 раза ездила), на котором можно доехать до достопримечательностей. Есть возможность съездить на экскурсии (довольно много вариантов).

Не понравилось, что это был 1 этаж и окно во двор - не очень люблю, когда не могу видеть улицу.
