Просто огромная квартира в частном многоэтажном доме. Оборудована абсолютно всем. Своя парковка на закрытой территории. Бассейном и мангальной зоной не пользовались, не могу ничего сказать. Расположение нормальное - в тихом частном секторе. Рекомендую.

Замечательный номер квартирного типа. Красиво, удобно, просторно, чисто. Отдельно комната - гардеробная. Всё есть и даже больше. Бассейн с подогревом на улице, с подсветкой.

Отличный отель в тихом месте. Мы отдыхали в августе 2024г. Снимали двухкомнатный номер с кухней. В номерах было все необходимое, даже капсулы для стирки в стиральной машине. Ребёнку и мужу очень понравился бассейн, целыми днями в нем проводили. На террирории так же была мангальная зона со всем необходимым (даже кальян был), но мы не пользовались ни разу. В шаговой доступности есть магазин и небольшая столовая. Перемещались на такси, по городу 200-300 руб. Если поедем в Пятигорск еще раз, то остановимся в этом же месте.
