Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. For late check-in at night after 02:00 AM, there is an additional payment of RUB 1000.00. To arrange check-in, guests are required to contact the administration in advance and receive instructions on check-in. Check-in is possible after full payment. Before entering the apartment, guests must provide identification documents. This can be done in two ways: 1. Pass electronic verification by clicking on the link that guests will be sent to the messenger. 2. Personally come to the office. At the discretion of the administrator, the accommodation facility reserves the right to take a security deposit. Check-in is possible only with a passport.
