Cheap price

We arrived at our accommodation but couldn’t get inside. There was a sign on the door instructing us to call reception to have the door opened. However, as tourists, we didn’t have a Russian phone number. As a result, we had to wait a long time until another guest passed by, and we asked them to call for us.

Nice hostel clean. I have booked double bedroom. It was small room and the lights were very dim. Minus: No kitchen no washing machine, the lift is old and dirty, Very noisy area even the noise in room from outside. Plus: near center.

Many things like Noisy surrounding, room lights were dim. No kitchen and washing machine.

It is nice to stay here.Room is clean and quiet. Toilets are clean and so is the shower room. Pubulic area is big and guests can chat there.

It is not easy to find the hostel when you are new here. No one answer the phone when you make a call in the morning.

Задержал оплату на 20 минут ( был в душе) и столкнулся с полным непониманием и отсутствием культуры взаимодействия с людьми. Очень важно отметить, что Администратор Юля не усвоила одну истину - она работает с людьми, в сфере услуг и необходимо соответствовать выбранной профессии , а не токсично создавать душную атмосферу в хостеле, прививать чувство вины и быть излишне категоричной, а не с участием подходить к гостям.
