For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Children under 14 years of age may only stay in accommodation with one parent or legal guardian. Guests between the ages of 14 and 18 must have a simple handwritten power of attorney from a parent authorizing them to stay in the accommodation. Foreign guests provide a passport with a visa and a migration card. Business travelers are provided with reporting documents upon request. When booking for 6 guests or more, different policies may apply. Guests are required to inform Forever Young Apartments in advance of their expected arrival time. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. The residential premises are located on the 2nd and 4th floors in a building without an elevator. An extra bed can be provided upon request. The number of extra beds is limited.
