Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Guests should pay for 1 night pre-arrival as a guarantee. For children under 14, a birth certificate is required. For the settlement of minor children without parents, it is necessary to present a notarized power of attorney (for children under 14 years of age, the power of attorney must be for the accompanying person, for children over 14 years of age, the power of attorney can be issued for the child). The guest's credit card details will be shared with the hotel as a guarantee of the booking. The hotel may charge the card in the event of a guest's no-show or late cancellation, and may pre-authorise a credit card prior to guest check-in. For children up to and including 5 years old sharing the main bed with parents (adoptive parents, guardians, or official representatives) without an extra sleeping place, no accommodation fee is charged. No more than two children up to and including 5 years old are allowed per room, except for Single Standard Rooms. In Single Standard Rooms, accommodation for children up to and including 5 years old without an extra sleeping place is not permitted. The cost of renting a baby cot for a child from 0 to 5 years old is RUB 800.00 per day. Placement of a child aged 6 to 12 years is possible on an extra bed and is paid according to the cost of a child's seat at the current price list. Please check with the hotel for pricing information. All baby cots and extra beds are available at an additional cost (according to the hotel price list) subject to availability. Accommodation with animals is not possible in all rooms and only by prior agreement with the hotel. Only dogs are allowed. Supplement for staying with a dog: RUB 1000.00 per day for a pocket dog (up to 30 cm at the withers); RUB 1400.00 per day for a large dog (from 30 to 60 cm at the withers) and a deposit of RUB 5000.00 (paid in cash). Accommodation with dogs from 60 cm at the withers is considered individually by the hotel administration. The cost of living in a room of any category includes: —buffet breakfast from 07:00 to 11:00 (according to the selected rate); — access to the gym, saunas (Finnish and Turkish) from 07:00 to 21:45; — mini golf; — Internet Wi-Fi; — use of a platform with tables Starry Sky with the possibility of renting a barbecue. Access to the swimming pool is by appointment. The swimming pool is located in building 1 of the hotel. Every year from June 1 to August 31 inclusive, a visit to the sports complex with a 25-meter swimming pool is available for hotel guests, all day, for all categories of rooms. The pool is included in the price from 07:00 AM to 09:45 PM. Foreign citizens are charged for the services of preparing documents for migration registration in the amount of RUB 300.00 for the entire period of stay per person. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
