Приветливый, добрый и позитивный персонал. Центр города, все в доступности. Рядом находится станция метро, ТЦ, жд вокзал и автобусная остановка. Номер чистый, уютный, ооочень удобный матрас.

Расположение, вблизи от площади Восстания. В номере есть всё необходимое. Удобные кровати, хороший матрас, чистое белое белье.

Тараканы. Уборка была произведена не совсем качественно, на полу было много женских волос. В хостеле на нашем этаже (не знаю как на других) нет плиты, мест для приёма пищи. Шумоизоляция в номерах плохая, слышно о чем разговаривают соседи
