The hotel is located in the 2nd floor but the entrance of the hotel building has a funny smell. A little renovation, maintenance and cleaning maybe required as it affects the image of the hotel. We stayed in room 7 with balcony. Our room is super clean, properly arranged and decorated. It has a comfortable bed, bath, and the toilet has a bidet. We availed breakfast and dinner. Their food is basic. We wished to have Russian food options in the menu. Their pantry is spotless clean and cozy. The coffee, tea, and water are available 24/7 for free. The staff are all helpful and accomodating. The hotel location is perfect. It is within the vicinity of everything like the banks, currency exchange, cafes, train station, metro station, mall, and St. Petersburg landmarks.

The Location, the staff and the service just amazing , so on point , the apparemment was flawless and we even got small gifts from the chef during our stay .

The hotel might be 3 stars but the treatment of clients is of the 5+ starts. I have traveled a lot but with few exceptions(1 or 2) the staff of this hotel is the most affable, friendly, helpful I have meet. Always smiling, pending of your needs...Incredible Thank you very much. The location and cleanness of this hotel is 5 stars, the staff 100 🌟

Благодарю за волшебный, сказочный отдых и чудесный праздник 8 Марта! Я специально выбирала мини-отель, чтобы чувствовать себя уютно и без толпы. На сайте Островок размещается вся необходимая информация для правильного выбора. Все соответствует описанию и фото. Отель располагается через светофор от Московского вокзала (3 мин.). А с другой стороны, он на Невском. Безумно удобно. Окна выходят во внутренний дворик, поэтому было тихо. Отдельные слова благодарности и восторга персоналу, особенно Елене. Такого радушного приема давно не встречала. Любая просьба, любое обращение не оставалось без внимания. Она с такой заботой старалась создать атмосферу отдыха и уюта. В день праздника 8 Марта, зная, что в гости заглянет моя подруга, мы обнаружили накрытый праздничный стол: бокалы, цветы, мороженое, клубника, печенье. Повар баловал нас вкусными блюдами на завтрак. Завтрак заказывается накануне на ресепшн с выбором блюд и времени подачи. Напитки готовят девушки. Провела незабываемые солнечные и теплые дни в любимом теперь городе в атмосфере заботы и внимания. Теперь все мои остановки в Питере только в этом отеле.
