The treatment and health programs of the Poltava-Kryim sanatorium are based on a holistic approach that considers a person and his health as a whole - not only as a combination of organs and body systems, but also as a harmony of spirit, soul and body in unity with the environment - nature and society.

The classical programs of the sanatorium delicately include methods that have been tested for thousands of years and passed down from generation to generation, over the years only increasing their effectiveness and acquiring a scientific evidence base today. This contributes to the improvement of the body as a whole: at the physical, spiritual and mental levels, strengthening immunity, a positive attitude, improving memory and thinking, physical activity, vigor and efficiency.

Programs are designed for almost all age groups of people: from 4-year-old children - pediatric health programs - to people of respectable age.

Exclusive holistic methods used in the spa hotel include: puppet therapy, landscape therapy, art therapy, dance and movement therapy, yoga therapy and aqua yoga, sound therapy - brass bowls, stone therapy, arfotherapy, aerophytotherapy, dosed heliotherapy, thalassotherapy, music therapy, kinesiotherapy, phytotherapy , aromatherapy, etc. Also, holistic methods in the programs of the sanatorium are combined with traditional sanatorium-and-spa methods: mud therapy, balneotherapy, aeroionotherapy, barotherapy, mofeta, FTL (magnetic and electrotherapy, etc.), exercise therapy, massages, aqua aerobics.

An important addition to all programs is its own “eco-trail”, the route of which smoothly passes through the entire park area of the sanatorium and includes the aerophytotalasso-alley of the embankment, the “Alley of Happiness” (rosary), “Labyrinth of the Soul” (an ancient Greek method of relaxation and recovery), “ massage path”, “aerophytotherapy” lawns (coniferous and lavender lawns) and “relax” lawn (“murmuring waterfall”).

Special attention in the programs of the sanatorium is given to a healthy diet and proper drinking regimen. The sanatorium has real wealth in the form of three water sources: 1) artesian water for drinking and bathing, 2) mineral water for drinking courses (own pump room) and swimming in pools, 3) highly mineralized medicinal water (brine) for therapeutic baths (strictly according to indications ).

Both doctors of the sanatorium and external consultants from different cities of Russia and abroad participate in the implementation of the Program. The team of the sanatorium employs 450 employees.
