The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The front desk is open until 23:30. Schedule of the reservation department and reception of incoming calls: from 05:00 AM to 10:00 PM Moscow time. Remote check-in is carried out through keyboxes and electronic locks, so before arrival, guests sign an electronic offer contract and make a deposit. Links are sent to guests in advance, 24 hours before arrival. If the guest did not get in touch in advance and did not arrange these procedures, it is impossible to check in after 10:00 PM Moscow time. In case of check-in after 10:00 PM, guests must contact the property in advance to advise of the check-in time, as well as instructions for check-in and handing over the keys.
