Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Early check-in is possible subject to availability and preparation of the apartment. Please contact the manager for details. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. Violations will incur a fine equal to the deposit. Noise regulations must be observed after 11:00 PM. Entertainment activities are prohibited. The number of guests must strictly correspond to the number specified during the booking process. The deposit will be refunded to the phone number and bank account specified by the guest, as agreed upon in correspondence. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed for a one-time surcharge of RUB 1000.00 for a stay of one to two nights, or RUB 1500.00 for a stay of three or more nights, for anti-allergy cleaning.
