The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Upon check-in, an offer agreement is concluded, and a passport must be presented. A deposit is charged and returned on the day of check-out. Noisy events, drinking alcohol, smoking, and wearing street shoes are prohibited. A quiet regime is in effect from 22:00 to 09:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00. Accommodation with animals is prohibited. Guests under 18 years of age are allowed to stay only with their parents. Contactless check-in, 24-hour support, and reporting documents are provided.
